- Suggestions to overcome these barriers: Give examples of ways you can overcome the barriers you previously mentioned ( Active listening, use of translator, control the environment etc.)
- Conclusion: Summarise briefly what you previously discussed and mention again the importance of communication in HSC.

LO4: Demonstrate development of effective ICT and academic skills
There are five parts to your e-portfolio which includes: contents, introduction, table of badges, reflection and references, which you should evidence to pass the assignment successfully.
The layout should be demonstrated as follows:

1.1 Learner to introduce by summarising their aspirational goals and how their development of Academic and ICT skills helped them progress in this module (300 words)
1.2 Evidence eight Academic Skills and seven ICT skills (in table format with evidence – see below). You are to provide 100-150 words for each specific skill demonstrated. Each badge should be linked to your specific skill after you have completed the work.
- There are three levels, and the badges will change in colour to suit the different levels.
- The first line in each section is an example only, which you should remove and replace with your own.
