Write a 4,000-word report where you critically analyse HRM practices in an organisation of your choice, covering all of these areas:
- Inclusive and cross-cultural team development/management
- Leadership development
- Flexible work arrangement
- Strategic learning, training and development
Carefully consider which real organisation you will choose. This is not just descriptive research into the organisation. The report should provide your critical evaluation of these HRM practices in your chosen organisation, based upon some of the theoretical frameworks from the module, prior studies on the relevant topics, and professional sources.
