Assessment Task:

As a result of the positive feedback on the work you completed on business functions and skills from the Department for Business and Trade UK, they have requested that you prepare a report to further enhance their understanding of the world of work. In the report you are required to include the following areas:

1. Introduction

2. Explain the factors that motivate people to work and challenges that affect motivation to work.

3. Explain what is meant by recruitment and selection and discuss two different types of recruitment methods.

4. Discuss how positive factors at work can impact people.

5. Discuss how negative factors at work can impact people.
