You are appointed as an individual content strategy consultant. Your task is not simply to create another post, but to diagnose how the page can become a more coherent, accessible and measurable content product while retaining SBIZ’s academic credibility and social-impact orientation.

You are encouraged to follow and observe the current content activities of the LinkedIn page, and respond to the following:

Question 1

Analyse the SBIZ LinkedIn page’s content published between 1 June and 31 August 2026 against the “Editorial” and “Experience” elements of the Content Strategy Quad (2020), and present your basic findings with supporting evidence (e.g. tables, links, or screenshots may be included in the appendix of the report and will not count towards the word limit).

Based on the audit conducted in Question 1, identify three (3) specific content issues affecting the SBIZ LinkedIn page. Propose one (1) concrete, actionable solution for each issue, then prioritise the three (3) solutions and justify your sequencing.

Based on your analysis, formulate one (1) content vision for the SBIZ LinkedIn page and, separately, one (1) content goal for the year 2027. Explain the reasons behind each.
